Compliance and corporate appointments

The experts at ECOVIS STLex have served in corporate positions as members of collective or monocratic boards of directors or auditors for some time. In particular, they act as members of:  

1. Boards of directors, 
2. Management boards,
3. Boards of Statutory Auditors with and without engagement as statutory auditor or sole auditor,
4. Oversight Boards,
5. Supervisory Bodies pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 231/2001.
