I am lawyer and I operate mainly in the field of civil, administrative (privacy), corporate, commercial and business law, with particular specialisation in the negotiation and drafting of contracts for the sale and purchase of company shareholdings, companies and real estate, shareholders’ agreements, joint ventures and business contracts. I also assist in the preparation and implementation of Organisation, Management and Control Models pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001.
Personal profiles and commitments
I have had various work experiences over the years, but the most significant and most formative was in Asia, first in Hong Kong and then in Central China (Chongqing). This experience allowed me to develop passion and skills that can be spent professionally and, above all, to interface with the numerous challenges posed by cultural and linguistic differences and local customs, developing an excellent ability to adapt, considerable flexibility and a strong capacity to work as part of a team.
