I am a lawyer and I operate mainly in the field of corporate, commercial and business law, with particular specialisation in the negotiation and drafting of: contracts for the sale and purchase of company shareholdings, companies and real estate (including hotels), shareholders’ agreements, joint ventures and business contracts. I also assist in the preparation and implementation of Organisation, Management and Control Models pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001, holding numerous positions in Supervisory Bodies (SB). I also deal with ordinary and corporate litigation at all levels of jurisdiction.
Personal profiles and commitments
I have developed excellent relational abilities and skills within the practice of my profession, which I have always carried out within associated professional firms, participating in and now leading work teams, as well as in the field of sport, managing an FIGC-affiliated football team for almost twenty years, both as an executive and for years as a coach. I also learnt a lot from my experience as a Second Lieutenant in the Carabinieri, where I served for 15 months (1994-1995) at the Lazio Battalion (Rome) during my compulsory military service.
