I have been a member of the Milan Bar since February 2018, although I qualified as a lawyer in September 2017. I graduated in Law from the University of Milan-Bicocca with 110/110 cum laude, reading a thesis in Civil Law (the contract) and, in 2016 and 2017, I attended several training courses in preparation for the Competition for the Judiciary. I am fluent in Italian and English.

I practise civil, corporate and commercial law, both in litigation and out-of-court. I deal particularly with contracts between private individuals and between companies, defence before Justices of the Peace, Courts and the Court of Appeal, as well as assisted negotiation, mediation and arbitration, compliance with Legislative Decree 231/2001 and matters of privacy pursuant to Italian (Legislative Decree 196/2003) and European legislation (EU Regulation 2016/679 – GDPR). I also assist clients in all stages of debt recovery.
