Biography
Presentation
I have always worked in the field of labour law, both as an individual practitioner and in teams with other lawyers, labour consultants and accountants. I deal with all aspects and critical issues of the employment relationship, from the establishment of the relationship itself, to changes during the course of the relationship and its termination. I also provide advice on self-employment and agency relationships, both during the contractual phase and in the management of the relationship. I provide out-of-court advice and assistance in litigation for Italian and foreign companies, as well as for individuals, with particular regard to executives and managers. Dedication and an empathic attitude towards clients, analysis and reflection, research and implementation of the best legal strategy for each individual situation, characterise and guide the way I work.
Personal profiles and commitments
I feel positive, energetic and focused on my goals. I try to be attentive to others. I care about the well-being of those close to me. I try to cultivate positive relationships, both socially and professionally. I am convinced of the importance of having a sense of community.
