I graduated in Economics and Commerce, specialising in business, from the University of Genoa in February 1993. I have been a member of the Order of Chartered Accountants since 1994 and the Register of Auditors since 1999. After an initial three-year experience (1993-1995) at a leading professional firm in Genoa, I joined ECOVIS STLex in October 1995. In the first ten years of activity I focused on tax and corporate consulting services and assistance for commercial, industrial, real estate and financial companies, and on tax consulting services and assistance for natural persons who are directors and/or shareholders of the companies assisted. Since 2004, I have been responsible for the corporate sector of the Genoa office of ECOVIS STLex.

I have provided consulting services in the corporate sector for over twenty years, offering assistance and support to companies both during the incorporation phase and in the ordinary operation of corporate bodies, in the purchase and sale of companies and shareholdings, and in all extraordinary operations (contributions, mergers, demergers), as well as in liquidation procedures. I carry out auditing activities as a member of the Board of Auditors of various companies.
