ECOVIS STLex assisted the Restelli family, founders of FCE Gomma (a renowned Italian company in the production of silicone elastomers and other rubber parts) in the sale of the majority of the company’s capital to the Swiss group Angst+Pfister. The team, led by Partners Avv. Filippo Ingraffia and Avv. Chiara Albusceri, handled the preparation and negotiation of the M&A contractual documentation and provided legal assistance to the sellers. They were supported by financial advisor Caretti & Associati, whose team, comprising Emanuele Caretti (Partner) and Friedrik Lennhammer (Associate), dealt with all strategic, financial, and commercial matters.
With a legal team led by Prof. Avv. Paolo Benazzo and Avv. Alberto Fantuzzi, the Swiss group Angst+Pfister (leader in the development, production, and global supply of sophisticated components and engineering solutions to over 20,000 OEM customers in various industrial sectors) was assisted in the acquisition by Studio Legale Giovanardi.
