I graduated in Law cum Laude from the University of Milan in 1986. In 1990, I enrolled in the Milan Bar Association. I gained my professional experience within several associated law firms in Milan until 2007, when I founded the IlaLex law firm. I joined the ECOVIS STLex group in 2009, when IlaLex and STS merged and changed their name to STLex – Studio Legale Tributario.

I work mainly in the field of commercial and corporate law, within which I have gained significant experience in handling complex transactions. I have assisted Italian and foreign companies in acquisitions, mergers, sales, joint ventures, shareholders’ agreements and commercial agreements. I have accumulated considerable experience in public and private tenders, supervising numerous companies specialised in the field of engineering and construction with a focus on the energy and renewable energy sector. I also handle the drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements, such as agency, distribution, licensing, franchising, production, supply, research and development contracts, both nationally and internationally. My areas of expertise also include arbitration and litigation, also before the Court of Cassation.
