I graduated with honours from the Bocconi University of Milan, specialising in freelance chartered accountancy. After graduation, I commenced a several-year collaboration with the professional studio of the co-supervisor with whom I prepared my thesis. Subsequently, I spent two years with an Italian private banking group during which I managed corporate finance activities for clients of the bank. At the end of this experience, I worked with the legal and tax consultancy firm associated with one of the “big four” auditing firms, where I assisted national and multinational groups in reorganisation operations and M&A activities for five years. I then joined ECOVIS STLex in 2004. I have been a member of the Order of Chartered Accountants since 1994 and of the Register of Auditors since 1999.

Since the start of my professional career, I have been involved in tax and corporate consulting for Italian companies belonging to national and multinational groups. In particular, in addition to assisting clients in the recurring management of their businesses, I assist them with the evaluation, approach to and planning of extraordinary transactions in the field of M&A, acquisitions and/or sales of companies or shareholdings, as well as group reorganisations. I hold the position of auditor of several companies as well as member of the Supervisory Board.
