- acquisitions or disposals of company shareholdings or of companies and business branches,
- mergers, demergers or transformations of companies and organisations,
- transfers or contributions of corporate shareholdings, companies, business branches and real estate complexes,
- leasing of companies and business branches,
- Joint-ventures and partnerships;
The Firm also provides legal and corporate assistance for company capital transactions, in stock exchange listing procedures, in the drafting of agreements in preparation for and ancillary to extraordinary transactions, and in obtaining any authorisation relating to the transaction.
